04/03 ~ In the afternoon Denver Firefighters and Paramedics responded to 8th Avenue and Lincoln Street for a serious accident.  First arriving crews found an occupied RTD bus and two other vehicles with heavy damage.  Upon investigation multiple patients were found injured, some trapped.  Additional crews and ambulances were ordered to the chaotic scene and an MCI was declared.  A total of 12 patients were treated and transported, sadly 2 were killed.  Investigators say the bus ran a red light, t-boning the small sedan and truck.  Rod Blakney Photo, A full gallery of photos can be found by clicking here.
