03/10 ~ Around 1400 hours Union Colony Fire/Rescue Authority responded to a structure fire with multiple calls at 2280 1st Ave (Woodlands East Mobile Home Park) in Greeley.  First arriving E2 encountered heavy fire conditions to 50% of a double wide mobile home with multiple exposures either involved or threatened.  A second alarm was requested upon arrival of E2.  First arriving companies went to work controlling fire from then exterior and cooling exposures, and then attempted an interior attack and search, but were forced out due to heavy fire conditions.  The fire was controlled within 20 minutes of arrival with companies remaining on-scene for several hours conducting overhaul and investigation operations.  Photos Courtesy of Union Colony Fire Rescue Authority
