02/20 ~ Just before 1000 hours North Metro Fire Rescue responded to a reported structure fire at 10883 Northglenn Drive.  Upon arrival companies from North Metro, Thornton and Westminster found a one story single family home fully involved.  Crews went into defenisve mode and placed several lines into operation, bringing the fire under control within 20 minutes.  No extension to exposures occurred and no injuries were reported.  The American Red Cross is assisting the displaced family.  The cause is under investigation but likely started as an outside electrical fire.  Mike Melton Photos
